Gosh!  What a perfect day full of bears and eagles!  Amelia was great as our pilot and great as our guide!  She kept us safe but also got us close enough to get fantastic photos! Had the most incredible day with Alaska Bear Adventures!! The whole crew is absolutely wonderful. They made us feel safe the entire time and we saw 20-30 bears within an hour of touching down. Our pilot, Amelia, was fantastic! We felt safe with her the whole time and had the most smooth flight for both arrival and return. Would 100% do this again. Greeting staff were excellent. Answered all our questions. Equipment was high quality. Safety was a priority. Our guide/pilot Amelia had excellent bear awareness. Loved the philosophy NOT to disturb bears or make them anxious. Very well done.

I’ve done a lot of crazy, cool things in my day and this was the most unbelievable experience of my life. It was absolutely incredible. We were extremely nervous for the flight and the bears but our pilot / guide Amelia was cool, calm, and collected. We knew we were in good hands. The views from the flight are great and we saw 25+ bears and 2 wolves. This trip and Amelia are worthy of way more than 5 stars.

We had an excellent bear viewing tour in July 2026 with Josh who flew us to west douglas and guided us. The team was very welcoming to us. We had a really smolth flight and back as well. Highly recommend Josh and rest of the team.

Our tour was a year ago, and I still think about the amazing experience that Alaska Bear Adventures provided us often. The staff puts safety first, and they are also professional and knowledgeable. My sister surprised me with a bear adventure through Alaskan Bear Adventure, and it was the best part of our Alaska trip! Amanda was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. She answered all our questions, chatted with us (we loved meeting her little one!), and got us so excited. When we got back, she even remembered us and asked how everything was. That meant a lot! Alan was an incredible pilot. Even in the cold and rain, he made sure everyone was warm and comfortable, pointed out so many amazing things along the way, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable.
